The GHHBA Women in Construction “Welcome Back Brew” Initiative is designed to recognize and support women returning to the construction industry after an extended absence (12 months or more) due to maternity leave, caregiving responsibilities, or further education. This initiative aims to promote the sharing of industry updates, celebrate career continuity, and strengthen connections among women in the workforce. Individuals returning to work will be provided a coffee gift card to network with another individual on industry updates. In the efforts to maintain a supportive and inclusive industry culture that empowers women.
